Barcelona spent the week under repeated rain alerts, with storms on October 6 and 7 flooding parts of Horta-Guinardó and cancelling more than 30 flights at El Prat. The week closed with a bus strike and tram works, while housing, a record power price and a run of festivals filled the rest of the agenda.
